February 2010. Jochen Peter and Patti Valkenburg will receive this year's top-paper award of ICA's Health Communication Division. Their paper is entitled "The Influence of Sexually Explicit Internet Material on Sexual Risk Behavior: A Comparison of Adolescents and Adults" and provides some first insights into how adults, in contrast to adolescents, are affected by sexually explicit content on the internet. The paper will be presented at the annual conference of the International Communication Association (ICA) in June in Singapore.
