Annemarie van Oosten

Annemarie-Portret-1000pxAnnemarie van Oosten is Universitair docent Communicatiewetenschap en onderzoeker bij de Amsterdam School of Communication Research, ASCoR (University of Amsterdam). Van 2003 tot en met 2009 heeft ze kinder & jeugd psychologie (BA, 2007, cum laude) en sociale- en gezondheidspsychologie (onderzoeksmaster, 2009, cum laude) gestudeerd aan de Universiteit van Utrecht. Van augustus 2010 tot oktober 2014 deed Annemarie promotieonderzoek naar de effecten van seksuele media inhoud op de seksualiteit van adolescenten. In haar huidige onderzoek houdt zij zich bezig met de effecten van seksuele inhoud op sociale media, individuele verschillen in de kwetsbaarheid voor de invloed van seksuele media inhoud, en (kritische) verwerking van seksuele media inhoud, onder adolescenten en jong volwassenen.
